Eva Longoria - Fish Diet!!!

Many of us are amazed by how great the hollywood stars look! Well, one after one, they are revealing how they keep themselves in the perfect shape.

Eva Longoria, one of the gorgeous stars in Desperate Housewives, has stated that she's opt for the all-fish diet, meaning cutting out the intake of any red meat and also chicken (since she's not a big friend of the big bird!)

Studying to be a fitness trainer in college, Eva Longoria said that the fish diet is paying off positively, "I love it... It really has effected my body... It takes a lot for the body to process red meat and I've never been a fan of chickens."

Fish has long been known for as the best kind of "meat" for us. Especially for certain kind of fish that you can absorb a good load of omega-3 and protein.

So, when you want a fillet next time, maybe you can get a cod or halibut fillet than a steak fillet. It may work out much better for you!
