SOURCE OF CANCER DISEASES

Cancer is a feared human diseases, because rarely known and seldom also shows why the medicine. After vascular disease and heart disease, cancer is the third killer disease.   4. Hexachlorophene. Is a substance that is carcinogenic, this substance damage the brain and cause brain cancer. Hexachlorophene is commonly used in obstetrics at the hospital world. And also contained in various materials of cosmetics, soaps and other scented materials for the bathroom.
  5. Smoke or fumes. Ozone, carbon monosida (CO), nitrogen dioxide and other pollutants commonly found in the smoke, has been confirmed by scientists as a cause of lung cancer, some kinds of cancer and causes respiratory and other health disorders.
  6. X-ray. Penetrating rays or X-ray excess in the human body continuously and can also cause cancer and leukemia. Children who suffer in the later years, often caused by prenatal exposure to the mother's abdomen during pregnancy.
  7. Cadmium. In small amounts, cadmium benefit us, but in large amounts of can be resulted in high blood pressure, heart disease, iron deficiency anemia, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, pulmonary fibrosis, kidney damage and cancer. Raw Food Diet - Water And Diabetes - Nurse's Guide

One of the amazing things that happened to me after I started to eat a raw food diet to cure my breast cancer, years ago, is that I found I didn't need to drink as much water. When you start eating foods that are raw you'll find you're just not as thirsty as before. You just don't need as much water as you used to. There are quite a few reasons for this. Overall, raw foods, such as raw fruits and vegetables, have a much higher volume of water in them, so your body doesn't need as much from beverages and other foods. Cooked foods don't contain much water as a rule.

And because of the large amount of living food that one eats on a raw food diet one easily gets plenty of water.

However this doesn't mean you should stop drinking water. I also drink a lot of carrot juice and green juice which hydrates my body even more. Your body will let you know if it's thirsty most of the time but if you are distracted or involved in activities you may not be paying attention. So first of all listen to your body. It'll tell you what it needs. If you need to lose weight, have health issues or ailments and diseases or lack energy your body might be telling you to change your diet or drink more water or both. And raw foods are the best way to get rid of many aches and pains, ailments, diseases and physical disorders that are caused by eating cooked, processed food.

But if you're overweight constantly, are thirsty and hungry and have other symptoms of Type II Diabetes, this overwhelming thirst and hunger are just two diabetes symptoms that plague many. When you start eating more raw foods, which are foods that have a high fiber and moisture content, you may start to lose weight fast and you will start to reverse the diabetes symptoms rapidly and help keep your blood sugar in the normal range.

Even if you're not overweight and don't have any health issues such as Type II diabetes, you still will find you no longer have the hunger and thirst problems you used to have. If you're eating a raw food diet, drinking water and juices it's not very likely you're drinking coffee or getting any caffeine from colas. Caffeine is a diuretic and depletes vital water from your body increasing thirst. And by eating less cooked foods or less processed foods, you'll be getting less sodium and you'll find you're just not as thirsty either.

By eating living food, drinking pure filtered water, green juice and carrot juice, you'll be providing you body with plenty of vital nutrients and water. And by keeping the sodium amounts to a minimum you'll start to feel less thirsty too.

Make sure to continue drinking water every day as you feel the need and then add more. Make sure to drink plenty during physical activities when your requirements are sure to go up. Eating a raw food diet completely changed my life. I got rid of breast cancer naturally, fibromyalgia, arthritis, acid reflux and many other ailments. You can do it too.

This really depends on your daily activity level. To lose weight, carbohydrates and fats should be restricted to a low amount. Weight maintenance can be done simply by making the healthy choices and avoiding junk food.

Can I ever eat junk food?

At the end of the day, we are all human and it is impossible to suppress cravings for junk food for the rest of your life. So you certainly can eat junk food but only once in a while. It seems that the only times when we pay attention to our mental and physical health are when our bodies cannot cope with the burdens, stresses and strains of life. These seem to harass us almost all of the time and it is at these times when we draw on the virtues of nature to provide us with miraculous cures. After my hard and pressurising working-week I was so tired that I couldn't sleep properly. The following day I could not find my glasses. At that point, all conversations in the dining hall stopped and all eyes turned to me. 'They really do like carrots more than gold.' I said again. 'In many countries they tell stories about how gnomes trade lumps of gold with woodcutters in exchange for delicious carrots.' - This is because there is vitamin A in carrots which helps people to grow big and strong. After dinner, the school's cook told the teacher that everyone wanted extra helpings of carrot salad. 'They're probably up to some kind of mischief. We always have loads of salad left over.' The cook said.

It is strange but very often we receive letters from students from different colleges and schools who are writing essays and reports on healthy food and ask if we will allow them to use our illustrations of talking strawberries and playful bananas!

Our message to all: Dear friends, our fruits and vegetables do not only talk and play in our illustrations. They also talk and play in the fairytales and stories which tell us of their wonderful secrets. These wonderful gifts of nature will live in our hearts forever. All we must do is learn about their miraculous qualities and make use of them in our everyday lives.
